Fruit face packs for dry skin

While citrus fruits are good for oily skin, they can make dry skin more dehydrated by sucking in the moisture. So, it is better to opt for something much nourishing and moisturising. Fruits like bananas, papayas, peaches can work wonders.

Banana has moisturising properties which are extremely good for people who have dry skin. It will not only moisturise it but also hydrate and seal it in your skin. To make this paste, take a bowl and mash the banana. Now add some drops of honey and two tablespoons of plain yoghurt in it. Mix all of it into a smooth paste and apply it on your face and neck area avoiding the area around the eyes. Let it stay for 15-20 minutes before washing it away with water. If you want, add some oats in the paste to exfoliate your skin. This will get rid of the dead skin cells and keeps it looking gorgeous for longer.

Papaya is rich in vitamin A and C which keeps lines, wrinkles, dull skin at bay and give the skin its firmness by producing more collagen. To make a pack, cut small papaya cubes and then add some honey and raw milk to it. Mash and mix well and then apply on the face and neck. Let your skin take in its benefits and then wash away with water.
