How to be a Racing Beauty

Need some beauty help for the spring races? We got you covered!

The Star’s Melbourne Cup Ambassador and fashionista, Terry Biviano, gives us her top beauty tips for this year’s spring racing season.

1. Beauty sleep

Try and get some sleep the night before and drink lots of water for hydration as it's a very long day.

2. Balance

Your make up should compliment your outfit and hat so if you do an accentuated eye, keep your lip nude. Don’t worry about getting a spray tan because they can look orange in the daylight.

3. Stay fresh

To keep make up looking fresh, do quick powder and lipstick touch ups.

4. Carry essentials

Always have lipstick, a make-up compact for touch ups and breath mints in your hand bag.

5. Party on

To take your look from day to night, add a brighter lip colour to your day look for extra glamour.
