Our friends at Opallac have been watching the catwalks and think it’s going to be all about white, subtle pinks and grown-up glitter.
Here are Opallac brand director Ruby Serobian's top trend predictions:· White: Pale nails have gone frosty white. Don’t be afraid to try – bright white is a surprisingly wearable but fashion forward shade.
Make it last: Opallac French Affair.
· Scarlet: Avoid the standard summer brights and go for a muted pink tone. Match with a similar shade lip stain to instantly finish off any outfit.
Blush with Opallac Scarlet.
· Mirror Finish: Forget chunky glitter, it’s all about subtle mirrored finish. Try accented tips for an on-trend look that goes with anything.

Romance: Deep romantic shades like mauves, purples and even black was seen on some of the world’s most famous catwalks this season. Try it out with Opallac Violet Spark, or Soy Capp if you love the look but want to look pared back.
· Heavy Metal: Cool metallic shades are always a winner. A great way to bring the trend into spring is to use gold accents rather than silver, gold is generally warmer and a slight hint is all you need. You can even use nail art to get this look – a simple strip of colour is very on trend and not too over the top.
· Manicure 2.0: Forget your French polish – mix it up and play around with complimentary shades in the classic shape. Use white polish as a base and have black geometric tips, or use a colour base and accent with a different crescent shape at the base of your nail. Top tip: use scotch tape to guide you – it’s fool proof and won’t ruin your base coat! This is really easy to achieve with gels too – don’t be afraid to experiment!
· Ombre: Try a few colours in the same general shade, go from ballet pink to deep fuscia, from white to royal blue or play with monochrome and grey. This is a really easy trend that packs serious punch. The colours you use are up to you but we recommend blush hues – High Tea, Pastel Polly, Poochy and Cosmolicious from Opallac.
